The Ray Service company participated in this year’s Sodexo Employer of the year competition for the first time, mainly in category Employer of the region and celebrated an instant success. Bearing in mind the strength of the rivals, we are very proud to earn the 3rd place award in the Employer of the Zlín region category and even more proud to earn the 1st place in the Employer of the Slovácko region.
The main categories of the competition are evaluated based on the international methodology PwC Saratoa that compares not only aspects of rewarding and education of the employees but possibilities of the next career progress provided by the employer as well. Very important part is also played by the economic factors of the company so it can be taken as a comprehensive view of the company. Due to large differencies in these numbers, the organizers put companies into three groups, companies up to 500, up to 5000 and above 5000 employees.
